John Liebl Jr. & Son Landscaping

Review: I have a cement block retaining wall that was installed in August 2008 by John L. Liebl & Sons Lanscaping. It was warranty for five years against normal shifting. I contacted John and he came to see it 4 1/2 years after it was installed because 30 feet of the wall had bowed at least 2 feet. I was told by him that he would watch it instead of fixing it. My wall is is at least 200 feet long. I kept calling him and he would not return my call. Now I have to pay another contractor 2400.00 to repair it. I think he should repair it or refund some of the money I paid him. which was Nine Thousand Three Hondred and Sixty-five dollars. I do not necessarily want him to do the job but I think he should refund the amount that I now have to pay another person for fixing it
