We accidently refunded the customer twice and we just took back the money that was owed to the dealershipThe customer wasn't paying us the money and they where over paid there deposit which was owed to usIf the money wasn't owed to us we would have taken our $back! So because of an error we aren't owed the money?

The Push Pull Drag Sale provides customers with a "Trade Allowance" rather than a "Sale Price." It is simply a different sale format.The Push Pull Drag/Tow Sale allows people to trade in a vehicle that would normally have very little value or that would not be accepted.The pricing of every vehicle included in the sale is clearly marked on a hangtag that is placed on the rear view mirrorThe tag clearly states that the price on the tag includes the trade allowance.We are more than happy to provide a sale price and appraise the trade separatelyThere is zero intent for deception and we would appreciate the opportunity to resolve this misunderstandingThank you for your timeDan [redacted] , [redacted]

Lynch is more than happy to repair the "Spot" in questionAs with any repair, there is a cost associated with serviceThe customer is requesting that we repair the truck at no cost to him.Our Body Shop Manager took the time to look at the vehicle and in his opinion determined the "spot" to be damage, not a defectAs a dealership, we work closely with General Motors and will communicate issues as we understand them While the customer believes this may be a defect, he has owned the truck for some time.Unfortunately accidents do happenWhile it may not have been from a rock, we believe something caused this issue.The customer may want to contact the dealership where he purchased the truck.They may be in a position to assist him as they may have more information on the situationThank you for your timeDan [redacted]

we installed original equipment tires on Mr***s car in august of when the car had miles on itIn July Mr[redacted] brought the car in with 95,miles on it and was concerned that the tires were worn outAfter inspecting the tires it was agreed that the tires were needing to be replaced [redacted] our Service Manager informed Mr [redacted] that we could send the tires to Hancook for inspection to see if there would be any mileage adjustment madeMr[redacted] was made aware that the decision would be completely up to Hancook Tires and that Lynch did not have any say in the matterMr [redacted] was also informed that Hancook Tires could deny the claim and at that point Lynch would have no further recourseMr[redacted] agreed to have new tires installed and have us send out his old tiresHancook's final decision was not to reimburse or make any adjustments on the old tiresAt this point I feel Mr.***s complaint should be directed towards Hancook Tires, not the Lynch GM SuperstoreDriving habits and proper maintenance including tire rotations and making sure the tires are properly inflated along with alignemnts also play a major roll into how long a set of tires will lastMr[redacted] did not return to Lynch at any time in the miles that he drove the car to take advantage of the free tire rotations that we offer when a customer purchase tires from us

Hello: I tried to respond to this complaint through your e-mail but was unable to do so This complaint refers to customer [redacted] of Kansasville, WI Following is our response: Customer came in to purchase a vehicle and subsequently spent hours with sales and our finance manager reviewing the purchase contractUpon receipt of the Revdex.com complaint, our New Vehicle Sales Manager [redacted] pulled the purchase contract and verified that everything was correct as printed [redacted] then placed a call to the customer asking her to come in to discuss her purchase [redacted] reviewed the purchase contract with her again, explained it line by line, and clarified how each amount was arrived at In order to ensure the customer’s satisfaction, Lynch at this time offered to reimburse the customer for the remote start, offered to pay her first month’s payment, and proposed cancelling the warranty and protective products she purchased, bringing the price of the vehicle back to the original selling price The customer was unwilling to take this solutionA few days later [redacted] called the customer back AGAIN, indicating we wanted her to be happy and to please call us to discuss further To date we have not heard back from the customer [redacted] Lynch GM SuperstoreBrowns Lake DriveBurlington, WI 53105###-###-#### [redacted]
