Review: Hoskins Dental Corp. charged me and my insurance company for a root canal that they did not perform in 2013. I have tried to resolve this several times, and they keep telling me they are taking care of it, but they have not. They never refunded the money my dental insurance paid, which reduced the amount my insurance paid on another claim. They sent me another bill dated 03/26/14 for $900.50 that was mailed on 04/02/14, stamped with "FINAL NOTICE IF THIS ACCOUNT IS NOT SETTLED BY 03-31-2014 IT WILL BE PLACED FOR COLLECTION." I called and they told me, it was not sent for collection, and again they would clear it up. My wife called this morning and they still show my account with a balance of $900.50 and my insurance has not been refunded the money paid because they filed a claim for services not provided.Desired Settlement: They need to refund either me or my insurance company for the money my insurance company paid for services not performed, and they need to reverse the charges off of my account for the services not performed.I want to see a statement from them with a zero balance.

The insured was informed via phone conversation by our office of the above transaction and apologized for any inconvenience.
