Dr. John Greene was recommended to me by a former assistant in relation to alcoholism issues. After meeting with Dr. Greene, who wrote up a report based on his opinion, he insisted that I meet with a psychologist for treatment to include medication. Dr. John Greene did not do ask for or take any blood samples, urine samples and or stool samples. Dr. Greene, did not suggest Alcoholics Anonymous or any natural/NON FDA pharmaceutical treatment, such as essential oils. Dr. John Greene named: Abilify, Risperdol, Zyprexa, and or Geodon as treatment. I did my own research pertaining to Dr. John Greene's California Board and State Certified medical "opinion" ,and discovered that all FDA psychological medications named by Dr. John Greene have class action lawsuits pending.
Refund Dr. John Greene has the receipt for all fees paid. You are to contact this business and make any/all necessary arrangements for a full refund.
As the Court appointed evaluator for the person who generated Revdex.com Case #***, I have never had a physician-patient relationship with this person. Given the sensitive nature of my court-ordered evaluations of the person in 2014 and 2018, and despite this person's unfounded complaint, I cannot and will not provide any additional response.

In Doctor John Greene's attempt to protect the medical profession and his career, I find that the attitude in his rebuttal a cause for alarm. The original complaint submitted by the undersigned to the Revdex.com on April 24, 2020 was pertaining to a monetary payment of approximately $*** paid directly to Doctor John Greene. In 2014, California State Licensed and Medical Board Certified Doctor John Greene provided his personal opinion, that was detrimental against the undersigned, resulting in irreparable harm. He is to back his "sensitive in nature" statement, by providing a non existing 2014 court order. The information that the Doctor is referencing in his response, is in no way, shape or form, "sensitive in nature." However, it is of public interest. Per Appendix 'A' American Medical Association Principles Of Medical Ethics(1957), all physicians have a moral and ethical obligation, and are bound by The Code of Medical Ethics of the American Medical Association. Which states; "These principles are intended to aid physicians individually and collectively in maintaining a high level of ethical conduct. They are not laws but standards by which a physician may determine the propriety of his conduct in his relationship with patients, with colleagues, with members of allied professions, and with the public."
People rely on professional opinions of 'practicing' doctors. The result of Dr. John Greene's services, which have an on going reputation of damaging not just the undersigned, but other unsuspecting individuals, and the magnitude of his misdiagnosed personal opinion, causing irreparable harm. The Revdex.com should not consider , Revdex.com Member Doctor John Greene as an honest businessman in good standing with the Revdex.com, and/or within our community.
The only positive result in which Doctor John Greene may be able to redeem himself now, is to refund the full amount directly to the undersigned which was originally paid.
