In order to provide an adequate defense on this matter, Dr. [redacted] would need to discuss, in detail, facts pertaining to an individual who may or may not be patient of Dr. [redacted] and various health and financial related aspects which would violate HIPAA and other medical laws and regulations. Because the complainant is not a patient of Dr. [redacted], and the Revdex.com has not provided Dr. [redacted] with the proper HIPPAA compliant authorization forms, Dr. [redacted] has a legal obligation to refrain from discussing the matters addressed.With this in mind, the office of Dr. [redacted] takes all complaints very seriously. We will address the matters with the patient directly, and attempt to redress any grievances.
