I had John Mcshea do a complete bathroom remodel. About 1 week after completion a tile fell off the shower wall. I call xxxxx and he came out to put it back on. When I asked him why it fell off he said it was bad mastic. I asked him what I should do if this happens in the future and he said he would be there. Well it is now happening and what xxxxx neglected to inform me is what it was going to cost me for him to be there. Me xxxxx has no intention in standing behind his work. At this point I have no choice but to hire a professional to try to fix this mess who will stand behind his work.
