Hello, My name is [redacted] ***I hit the wrong button on the email I meant to reject itBc on March 14, Paul call me for permission to take my motor apart for the warranty department but then on March 24, Billy P [redacted] call me back and said they wasnt gone fix my car bc I file a report with the Revdex.comI feel like they are treating me unfair and not wanting to fix my carThis has been going on for a whole monthI have tried to talk to them several times about my carVery Trouble BusinessThank u! I have texts from them and all

We can not fix the car under warranty because the car was driven while overheating...we have all spoke with Mrs [redacted] and let her knowMy service department gave her money back even thought she doesn't have a receipt just in good faith and also offered to pay to tow it to any service center that she thinks will fix it for free...She didn't buy the car from us so shes not our customer just someone who has a car with 107, miles on it and wants it fixed for free.....sorry we can only do so much....Thank you ( I will still pay to tow it for her ) no repairs related to this concern where never made at our dealership therefore we share no responsibility in sharing of the expense of the repair needed

I called for Mr *** and he hasn't called me back....spoke to the service manager he said he spoke with him and we are working on a fix for Mr ***....thank you for letting me know of this problem..DB

This customer and his truck had only been in our shop once for an oil change. At the time he brought the truck to us a second time, in December of 2015, he only mentioned the peeling paint on the hood. McKinney Dodge Service Department took pictures of the paint and submitted a claim to
Chrysler. Chrysler turned down the claim stating the peeling paint was due to "outside contamination". No one at McKinney Dodge said the cause of the paint was due to bird droppings
Customer was very rude when discussing the paint issue and it was suggested he take his truck back to the dealer he purchased it from.
At the time the customer mentioned about feeling a vibration, he had after-market wheels and tires on the truck. Without having the stock tires and rims on the vehicle, very difficult to diagnose a vibration problem due to anything other than the after-market wheels and tires
Customer's father had discussed issues with the McKinney Lead Service Advisor and informed him that he was going to bring the truck to our shop and we were going to work on it. At that time, he was told we would not and he could take it to the dealership he purchased it from
We have an excellent reputation with our Service Department and we are more than happy to help a customer if it is within our power to do so. However, given the customer's demeanor and negative verbal responses, we determined said customer should address his complaints with the selling dealership or Chrysler directly

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. Regards,*** *** Below is a transcript of the PDF enclosedAn overview of what happened: Being Rude? Please feel free to call their corporate officeHere is the person to talk toShe could not believe how *** and the Mckinney staff talked to herName: *** Employee # *** Claim # *** They did what I expected…..it is hear say and they know we didn’t record the conversation so, why not play the customer was rude card????????? Paint problem: The 1st time I brought my truck to them about the paint….they NEVER sent it in to CorporateWhen it got denied, I asked them who made the decision? They said it was made by service manager…I said I thought you told me corporate makes that decisionSo, I wanted it to be presented to Corporate office….they took a photo?? A photo?? And sent it in to corporate….it was deniedHow is a picture going to show the paint peeling from inside, outside or the contaminant? So, right from the start…I do not feel like they were giving my claim 100% of thourough investigatingThey denied the paint for “outside influence” according to paperworkWhat does that mean? The truck is meant to be outside and the truck hood is very high off the ground….one of the guys at the desk said bird droppings could be a cause….factI agree…I don’t think that is the reason for the paint…it just shows they were trying to come up with something……outside influence?? Really? Responding to their testimony about Paint: They failed to tell you that when I brought the truck in for the 2nd time…it was for recalls…it’s funny that when there was recalls involved for the service shop to make money, they welcomed my businessWhile the truck was there, that was when I mentioned the paintTHEY DID NOT take pictures right away and send them to corporate as they say in their testimonyIt was after they denied it 1st, I talked to *** *** (service manager) that they finally took the pics and sent them to corporate for the 2nd denial….I believe they influenced the decision for corporateChasis vibration: While I was picking the truck up from getting denied of the paint defect….I told them about the vibration of my chasis…it felt like the rear of the vehicle is wobblingThey immedialtly said, you voided the warranty with new tires and rimsI do understand that there could be an issue with a cheap set of tires and rims….it did this vibration with the OE tires and rims but I made the mistake in not reporting it until after I purchased my new stuffSo, I had the tires and rims inspected times…most recently by *** ***, the people I purchased them fromALL GOODResponse to their testimony about Vibration: They never gave us a chance to bring the truck in to even see if there is an issueThey fell back on the claim that we were rude and not to bring the vehicle to them*** at the service desk is what really fueled this problem when he asked how come we didn’t buy the truck from them…..Chrysler says you can bring the vehicle to ANY authorized dealership…as they proved that when they did my recalls at MckinneyI am young as this was my 1st major purchase on my own…I didn’t know what to do, so I got my dad involved as he knows many of them up there through businessMy dad called *** as I sat next to him on speaker phoneMy dad and *** were getting along fine, until *** asked why we bought the truck from another dealership?? My dad didn’t know how to answer except saying…Paul, Mckinney had the 1st chance but they were $*** higher than everyone*** was the one who got defensive 1st
