I have personally investigated this situation First off, since the customer is requesting a refund, I issued a refund this morning for both payments the customer made, and However, other than this complaint, I see no evidence that the customer ever asked us for a refund.As for the customer's complaint that we were not responsive, I see no basis for that claim.On Feb the customer sent an email asking for help with his domain name The following day, on Feb I replied and gave him detailed instructions on how to do what he was wanting to do This was the last correspondence we received from the customer I checked under both email addresses he listed and there were no messages from him after that There were no refund requests, no requests for help, no correspondence whatsoever.If he made some attempt to contact us as he states, he must have been using an incorrect email address or something because I can't find any evidence that he ever tried to contact us after the message on Feb7.However, since he clearly wasn't happy with the service and is requesting a refund, I have issued a refund for both payments he made.Thanks, [redacted] Serve Sense, LLC
