I am rejecting this response because if you come out to inspect our home as the our insurance company did there is NO ceiling fan in the Family just a cheap replacement light since ceiling is not level and needs replacement plus we have mold and cracks in other ceiling caused by the leak ! Would you like a copy of our insurance company report to validate our claims plus the contractors board told us to file a law suite against the company for the all the data they requested !Why won't Sue return my calls and why did she avoid the contactors board settlement ?PLEASE HELP JUST NEED HOME RESTORED TO HOW IT WAS BEFORe PLUMPING LEAK !

With respect to the drywall cracks, based on our inspection of the Peters home on August 4, there is no evidence that the prior incident involving a leak at the master closet has any connection to the minor sheetrock ridging at the living room lidDrywall issues are covered for one year from Close of Escrow (i.e11/06/09) therefore, drywall is out of warranty
In addition, our inspection on August 4, did not reveal any signs of mold nor did the Peters insurance company note any mold repair on their "itemized estimate"
In conclusion, we stand behind our position in this matter and will not be responding to the complaints filed by MrPeters

Attached are the documents per your request. As you can see, the ceiling fan was received in our office and installed by [redacted] from JMC on 2/13/13. On 2/15/13 there was a return appointment to "secure fan at family room" as evidenced by the work order attached.

reference to the plumbing leak which was reported to JMC by Mr. [redacted] on January 6, 2013 Sunday @ 7:02 PM, [redacted] from JMC met with the plumber on Monday, January 7, 2013 and the plumber repaired the pipe on the same day. [redacted] entered work orders to the various subcontractors for subsequent repairs which were all completed prior to installation of the ceiling fan. Subsequent to completion of the leak repairs we did not receive contact from Mr. [redacted] until July 24, 2014 wherein he indicated that the leak repairs were incomplete.
On August 4, 2014 our service representative, Will, met with Mr. [redacted] and completed a re-inspection of the home. According to Will, Mr. [redacted] expressed his dissatisfaction with JMC due to the fact that he was refused the purchase of another JMC home. Will do not respond to this complaint but did a re-inspection and noted "no visible damage noted during inspection of carpet and walls, minor sheetrock ridging at living room lid, typical with age of home."
Please let me know if you have any questions as this well be my last 1/2 day in the office before leaving on vacation through October 5, 2014.

Review: Have plumbing leak caused by contractors they did pack work and now when we are going to sell home realtors notice cracks in ceiling and missing ceiling fan plus stained carpeting they never replaced should have had insurance company fix it right and then they would have gone after JMC but I was the nice guy now they have denied in writing to do any work to fix problems . We really need your help just want home restored to like it was before this problem etc.PLEASE HELP !thank you,[redacted]Desired Settlement: Fix all the problems the plumping leak caused our beautiful home so we can sell it and downsize. I'm on full mental health disability and they took advantage of me mental health!

In response to the follow-up from you dated October 8, 2014, please be advised that our response of October 7, 2014 addressed all of the issues being re-addressed in the October 8, 2014 correspondence.

JMC has no control over what the homeowner does once we leave the home. If the ceiling fan was an issue in January 2013 why did it take Mr. Peter 18 months to bring it to our attention? Our records indicate that we purchased and installed the ceiling fan in 2013.
