Review: ON 5-31-2014 I CONTRACTED NUHL CONSTRUCTION TO FIX MY LEAKY ROOF AND REPLACE THE WOOD AND METAL FLASHING .1ST JOHN NEW CHARGED ME EXTRA FOR THE REPLACEMENT WOOD EVEN THOUGH IT WAS IN THE CONTRACT. ALSO HE NEVER REPAIRED THE PUSHED IN PORCH ROOF HE ONLY RESHINGLED IT HE WAS SUPPOSSED TO RE-LEVEL IT AND RE-PLACE THE WOOD . 2 WEEKS AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETE THE ROOF LEAKED IN ALL THE SAME SPOTS. I CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIME BUT HE CONTINUED TO PLAY GAMES AND NOT ANSWER HIS PHONE FINALLY HE CAME BACK TO THE PROPERTY 2 WEEKS LATER TO INSPECT THE PROBLEM . HE SAID HE WOULD HONOR THE 1 YEAR WARANNTY BUT HE NEVER DID AFTER THAT HE NEVER ANSWERED HIS PHONE AGAIN. UNTIL TODAY HE HAS NO HONORED THE 1 YEAR WARRANTY OR PAID ME BACK FOR THE SUB-STANDARD REPAIRSDesired Settlement: A REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID $1150.00

Review: Hired to complete a master bath in 3.5 week timeframe. After 9 weeks only thing working in bath was toilet. Day 2 of job water line was hit and my kitchen floor was flooded. Floor is buckled and needs replacement. Also, basement ceiling was wet and needs some new panels. Kitchen ceiling needs painting. I had to fire him week 9 when the electricity they put in stopped working along with several other outlets and lights in my home. I had to hire new plumbers to come and finish the work. At that time we found out the job was done wrong in many places. Hot and cold pipes set wrong on tub, wainscoting uneven, shower walls not straight, plumbers putty used to fix broken pipe under sink that broke. The men John sent to our home to do the work did not know what they were doing. They often never showed up, or left early. They left messes behind. We told John we want him to pay for the damaged kitchen floor. I have not heard back from him. The electrician has to rewire what his men did, as it's all wrong.He is a disgrace taking money for a job that he didn't complete safely and on schedule.Desired Settlement: We would like him to pay for the kitchen floor to be replaced and installed. ( by a competent installer, NOT him)
