Review: Mr.John P. Galbreath Realtor and his wife[redacted] Galbreath place two lots of land in [redacted],AR on Ebay for sale to the highest bidder. I won the bid of item[redacted]. I had to communicate by phone calls and e-mails in order to pay for my two lots which I paid on the 7/11/2014. Mr. and Mrs. Galbreath told me and advertised on Ebay that after they receive the money the deed to the property will be promptly be file with[redacted],AR transfer over to me. The Galbreaths as of 7/28/2018, took my money, has not transferred the deed, they disconnected the phone number that I was speaking with them on 7/10/2014, and is not responding to e-mails. Mr.Galbreath Ebay user ID:[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want Mr. John P. Galbreath and his wife[redacted] Galbreath to pay[redacted] all the back taxes they owe on these two lots. They lied to me that all taxes was paid up to date when they place these two lots for action on Ebay. I want them to immediately to transfer the deed to me with [redacted], AR. I want them to be ban from ever conducting real estate transactions, Reported to the FCC, South Carolina and Arkansas State Attorney General, Sheriff office for Fraud.
