Obviously there was a clear misunderstanding in this matter; I made it clear that as I have been working in the Spokane Courts for over years and that I was hopeful that my experience would be a benefit in this caseI advised that I charged a non-refundable retainer of which was earned upon my notice appearance in the case; I specifically advised that if this matter went any further i.epretrial conference, investigation, trial etc that I would only charge at the reduced rate of per hour; I was able to achieve an extremely favorable result which was accepted by the parties She did call me and I explained, basically the above; it's obvious that that was not sufficientI am sorry that they are dissatisfied and to settle the matter with no additional complaints to anyone, I will refund $1,to close this matter

She did call me and I explained, basically the above; it's obvious that that was not sufficient. I am sorry that they are dissatisfied and to settle the matter with no additional complaints to anyone, I will refund $1,000 to close this matter.
