4/29/To Whom It May Concern: This is in response to the complaint that I received on 4/27/2015A contract was signed on November 24, & work began in December Customer quoted that work went smoothly for a few months, then in February, the weather became extremely cold, icy, snowy & windyWork could not be done in this extreme weather.As of April 2015, work on this customers home is 80% completeWith the extreme temperatures & weather in February and early March, I am trying to catch up because of lost timeSincerely, John Pannell

I am rejecting this response because: By the end of April, little further work was completed John Pannell made no effort to meet an April deadline and the house is not 80% complete per his comment His response provided no satisfaction or respone to the complaintSince the expiration of requesting full satisfaction, I brought in an authorized *** *** construction contractor The job was assessed and deemed that all work done is void on warranty due to improper application and materials The methods, process used and materials of construction were all poorly and/or inappropriately completedI removed John Pannell from the job and requested a settlement of $despite much encouragement to receive a full refund I need to pay for the complete removal of what John applied and the purchase and reapplication of all insulation, trim and siding in order for the work to receive a warranty If the $is not received then full recovery will be pursued
