There billing is unprofessionalUses fowel language (used the word *** numerous times "walked into a *** storm")Calls repeatedly asking for payment when insurance is not yet been billed for services, have dual insurance *** *** and ***,has yet to bill *** on my husband and delta on meTold her I would pay the balance as soon asinsurance is completed, thats why we have it,threatened to send me to collections and told me to go elsewhere and hung up on me.I really don't think its fair to have coverage and still be sent to collectionsFirst her bill went from 2200, to 1500, to now paperwork given shows insurance is yet complete
