The customer [redacted] who submitted this claim, called shortly before closing time on a SaturdayThey are "cash on delivery customersWe require a three day notice for delivery so we do not have to pull a driver off their routeIf we pull a driver off their route the customer is normally charged a $special delivery fee.I pulled my service tech off of a job to take care of these folksInstead of three dayswithout gas, we were there in minutesThey are cash on deilvery and I didn't make them pay for the fuel that day.Had this been any other company, I'm not sure they would have been so generous on that short of notice and under the circumstances.As far as the safety check Is concerned I have include a signed copy by [redacted] herself the day we were there.?
