easiest access point.  Once the toilet was pulled Mrs. [redacted] said she did not want anything done and to put the toilet back.  When cleaning a sewer there really is no estimate to give it could unplug in 1 hour or 8 hours.  The hourly rate was given to Mrs. [redacted] on the phone and the rate for sewer and drain cleaning is $100.00 per hour which is why she received an invoice in the amount of $100.00 which is the minimum charge.

I am rejecting this response because: the response from the business is not true.  I was never given any amounts over the phone.  When I called I did not say it was a sewer or drain problem because I did not know.  No amount was discussed.
