When Mrs [redacted] contacted the office she stated her sewer was plugged Once a sewer is plugged the only option is to have it cleaned out with a sewer machine either cable or water jet The technicians were going to access the sewer line through the toilet as this seemed to be the easiest access point Once the toilet was pulled Mrs [redacted] said she did not want anything done and to put the toilet back When cleaning a sewer there really is no estimate to give it could unplug in hour or hours The hourly rate was given to Mrs [redacted] on the phone and the rate for sewer and drain cleaning is $per hour which is why she received an invoice in the amount of $which is the minimum charge

I am rejecting this response because: the response from the business is not true. I was never given any amounts over the phone. When I called I did not say it was a sewer or drain problem because I did not know. No amount was discussed.

There was no written information given to the customer The cost was given verbally over the phone of what we charge an hour for sewer and drain cleaning We as a company would be willing to deduct $off of the bill just to settle the matter
