Thanks Dear **. & [redacted] & et.al., First, let me thank you for choosing Abbey Design Center. As a long-standing member of the community with an A+ rating from the Revdex.com, it is of the utmost importance that our customers are heard and any administrative issues are corrected with haste. We heard your kitchen remodel turned out beautifully and we hope you are pleased with the final product. As far as the present complaint to the Revdex.com, the salesperson correctly transferred you to our billing department. The billing department immediately looked into the issue and emailed [redacted]. Our Liaison for [redacted] was on vacation. We identified the administrative error (which was [redacted]’s and NOT Abbey’s), The error was the use of incorrect promotion code by [redacted] and they corrected it immediately upon our liaison’s return from their vacation. We did everything correctly up front, and successfully notified the errant party quickly. We wish we could have done more in this instance but we did everything in our power. The best news is that [redacted] will, if they already have not, contact you to explain their error and have already corrected the statement.
