My wife and I hired Garage Masters to build us a new garage From our initial contact with this firm to completion of the garage, I was impressed by their customer focus and quality of work At no point were we left wondering what was happening When we had a small concern about some of the work, the foreman was very quick to respond and explained the work in plain language that a layman can understand The contractors and workers kept a clean work site, were prompt, showed up on time, and left us with minimal disruption Overall, I'm completely impressed by Garage Masters, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone
Garage masters did a great job on my new garage!! If there was a star rating I would give them 4 out of 5. The two reasons for this, is: 1. the communication was not entirely there. It wasn't known when they were coming to do work which doesn't really matter to me all that much, but customers should be aware to move vehicles and etc. Finally 2. the time line seemed really long considering we were one of the first quotes in march and final back fill took place October. Now taken for granted, the weather wasn't the best and our RM took a while to get a variance, again this is where the communication thing would have come in handy. Garage masters DID however match our house style Beautifully, and did a wonderful job on the build, And their sales consultant Kevin was there for us the whole process including numerous consultations. He answered any questions I had. I will definitely refer friends to them in the future. Thanks again garage masters!!

We recently had our garage re-built and chose to go with Garage Masters because they were recommended to us. Unfortunately, we didn't do our homework and because they were recommended and seemed to know what they were talking about when they provided the quote, we just went with them. If you are ok waiting a long time to have your garage completed and not really be informed as to the process or when they will be on your property to do the work, then you will be just fine if you choose to hire Garage Masters. If you prefer to know what's going on and be responded to and would like the product completed in a relatively timely manner, then we would suggest you shop around and get a few different quotes. Unfortunately, our experience was not a good one, there were multiple problems. Some were corrected, others were not. I would not recommend Garage Masters to anyone and if we could do this over again, we certainly would choose a different company. We learned a big lesson.
