I have had a neiman marcus credit card for several years nowI recently received a letter in the mail stating they were going to close my account because I returned itemsI have also purchased many items from neiman marcus over the years and it is my understanding that a customer has the right to return an item for any reason (specifically if it does not fit, you don't like it, etc.)I was furious! I have multiple store credit cards and return items for whatever reason, and the stores do not close my account! What gets me angrier, is the fact that they closed out my account and it is now reported on my credit rating (and I have a excellent credit rating)I could care less about having their crappy credit cardTheir prices are outrageous and it seems like they target people that don't spend a fortuneI think it is discrimination! Cut up your neiman marcus credit cardNordstrom is sooooo much better and treat their customers better

I have requested online times to be unsubscribed from emails I have contacted no less than of their associates in charge of unsubscribing me from emails, yet I still get emails

I am also a Neiman Marcus cardholder who have made multiple purchases over the years. However, several recent purchases have also resulted in returns for a variety of reasons. I did not get a letter canceling my account as noted by another customer but I did recently return two jewelry items in the same return box and I was only credited for one. They said they did not receive the other item THAT WAS RETURNED IN THE SAME BOX. Numerous inquiries yielded no results. Free returns cost me $325.

I open account while ago, early use it, there is was misunderstanding and they reported me to Credit score bureau. I called them and day from customer services was extremely rude and say they won't do reversal on their report. Its hunted my credit score and they laughing about it.
