Review: The John Pournaras Agency prepared my 2010 Taxes. They made a mistake doing my taxes and I now owe the IRS $241.41. The Preparer they had preparing my taxes was not qualified and probably not even a certified accountant. This preparer they had doing my taxes for 2010 has made other mistakes with customers filing their taxes at this agency.Desired Settlement: I just want the IRS Bill that I owe paid by the John Pournaras Agency. I paid for a service that was done wrong.
