I am rejecting this response because:
Ms. [redacted] stating that I never brought up the paint match issue is 100% false. I told her that I was unhappy with the paint match at our first meeting. She acknowledges the different color in the door jams. That would have prompted me (if I were repairing/repainting a major portion of a vehicle) to either use the factory paint code or, at least, notify the customer and give them the opportunity to decide. Instead, she took it upon herself to make the decision for me to not match the factory paint.  [redacted]g>
The situation that I find myself in is that the paint is poorly matched, the fitment is way off on the bumper and wheel well shield, I asked for factory replacement parts and was never told that USAA would not cover them, even the parts that I paid out of pocket were aftermarket (factory parts were requested), and they damaged the paint installing the back glass.
