My name is Christopher P[redacted], the Service Director at Hilltop Nissan. I am writing in regards to ID [redacted]. The customer is [redacted] in regards to their 2014 Nissan Sentra. He was here on June 20, 2017 for a tire replacement after hitting a pothole. We replaced the tire with no...
issues and he left. He returned June 23, 2017 and 83 miles after stating his navigation was inoperative. We checked the fuses and electrical, and found the navigation unit having an internal failure. The navigation unit has is a sealed unit and cannot be opened and I'm sure his navigation unit/radio was operating when he left here. I can contact Nissan and attempt to get some goodwill for the repair. I was not informed of the situation until I received the letter from Revdex.com. If the customer is willing to work with us, I will attempt to get him assistance on the repair.
