To Whom this may concern,
Our GSM pulled out the contract and completely went overevery piece of paperworkEverything showed the car to be a used carThere is a signed copy of the contract where it said it is a used car, buyer's guide, a copy of the carfax, and a signed copy of
the contract cancellation option only offered to used cars
Our GSM called and left a message for the customer and in three days we have not heard back, oviously the customer is upset about something and we want to sit down one-on-one so we can make it right
The customer can contact our GSM *** *** and he gladly will be willing to help
