I paid $900 for dental services with a[redacted] card 05/14 with an expectation of a refund when my secondary ins paid 08/14. Now 10/14, no refund. On 05-06-14 I had a dental procedure and my part was $900 which I paid with a[redacted] credit card. I paid the $900 with a reasonable expectation of receiving a refund once my secondary (my spouse's insurance) paid.I have two dental insurance plans. My dental insurance was filed on 05-06-14 and paid on 07-21-14. My spouse's dental insurance was filed on 07-21-14 and paid on 08-25-14. I called the dental office on 10-14-14 and spoke with the billing person and was told that my $900 refund check was not ready because there was another person in front of me to receive a refund and they had to pay payroll this week. I was told to call back in two weeks. I called again on 10-27-14 two times, the first time the billing person did not return my call. When I did speak with the billing person I was told that there was another person in front of me to receive a refund check and that my check was not ready, again.
