John Sahag, Ltd. Reviews (1)

Review: Sahag placed an ad saying they were "in dire need" and seeking models for a show they were doing at the International Beauty Show. They said they needed to show off their technique(s), and service(s), etc. The Contract they offered and advertised was to provide the model "complimentary cut and color services for an additional 6 months following the show." After only a couple months Sahag Breached their Contract (only after the model had already fulfilled more than their share of the Agreement) -- Not honest, Not professional. Legitimate businesses do not lie and post false ads to lure models in for work and then take advantage and Violate a Contract.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation) See Above.

Response:

Dear [redacted],

In response to complaint [redacted] :

In March, Sahag Workshop advertised an ad in search of models for the IBS show we were participating in. As part of the ad compensation ,we offered 6 months of "additional" complimentary cut and color services (April-September) for their participation in the IBS show. Six women were selected as "models" and [redacted] was one of them. No contracts were made nor offered. By "additional" we meant services related to the IBS show but we did not offer "unlimited."

For perspective, the average Sahag client cuts and colors every six weeks. We expected to provide approximately 4 cuts and 4 color services "additional" to the IBS show participants. (The estimate value for the services is approximately $1,600)

Between May and July [redacted] received 8 services, 4 cuts and 4 colors while the remaining 5 models requested no more than 2 services in the same time period.

[redacted] was confronted in regards to her excessive frequency on services on July [redacted],as she was utilizing our services 100% more than the intended offer. However, to come to an amicable conclusion we were willing to extend to her one additional haircut.

Since that date , [redacted] has gone on a very negative social media campaign as well as alienating our hairdressers with racial comments and harassing e-mails. As a result our hairdressers are extremely reluctant to provide her with hair services afraid that she will create a problem.

One last point [redacted] approached Sahag management for a position in our salon as a receptionist in April2013. We politely did not act on her request and believe that this may be a factor in her behavior towards Sahag.

Response:

To whom it may concern :

This is regarding client file ID [redacted]. This is simply [redacted] going around and around. There are plenty of e-mails containing harmful and threatening words towards us and our employees. We have tried to work with her without having to waste anymore time.

Due to her history and behavior towards our employees we feel we are opening up our selves for more problems. She has created this incident to benefit herself. The solution we find fair is to have her sign a release form stating that she will not pursue any further comments or derogatory actions towards Sahag Workshop.

In the matter that this is done, we will be more than willing to buy [redacted] a gift certificate to another high end salon with the value of no more than $400.00. This can possibly end any further unnecessary time spent.

Please, do understand this offer is only valid with the release form signed, dated and notarized.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]

Nothing has gone "around and around" like she falsely accuses me of. They have been very abusive and Unprofessional. Read their offer to me in April. I wouldn't have done modeling for them if I knew their Agreement was fake and only posted as a Scam to lure in models. I have done nothing wrong. Why is this crazy lady attacking me. She is delusional. They were desperate and did not have professional models for their show. Read the Contract. I fulfilled my obligations and then some. No one has been threatening, etc. - her comments are a lie. She is obviously delusional and very spiteful. I kept my part of the Agreement. And I simply expect them to keep theirs. Nothing more. I am a business woman and this was a business deal. In fact, the compensation was the same even if I only showed up for 1 day of the shows but their Business manager asked me to come to both so I did but I didn't have to. I was the only professional model there. I only accepted their offer to model for them based on the Contract that they offered. Which was "6 months of additional cut and color services." I have made the appointments in a business like way and even tipped employees even though models don't normally do that. They have told lies about me and made stuff up to be abusive. And distract you from their Misconduct. [redacted] approached me in late July and told me they were reneging on the Contract. She asked me to send her it which I did. Then she told me she was scheduling me for 1 more cut only (still reneging the Agreement) and that's it but she didn't so that either. All she did was send me insulting and ridiculous messages erroneously claiming I had my hair done "11 times" since the show which is also totally false it was only 4 (6 if you count [redacted] calling in sick (who has since quit the salon), and the new colorist who told me to come back in 3 weeks because she didn't leave the base color in long enough because she wanted to leave work early). I have the right to report dishonest, abusive, and unprofessional conduct from a business. That's what [redacted] and all those business review sites are for. I have the Agreement and E mails from [redacted] who approached me in July to back it up and then some.) They should be mad at themselves - not me - I did nothing wrong. In fact, I helped them and as you saw in the E mail chain [redacted] their Business manager (who has also since quit, like I said they have a high turnover apparently), told me I did a great job and that I was the best Model. Look at the Original Agreement. And the E mail the Business Manager [redacted] sent me following the show telling me what a GREAT job I did and to contact her to schedule the additional services for the next 6 months. They owed me additional cut and color services for 6 months. They reneged after half way through the deal. Despite the fact I showed up for 2 shows as requested despite the fact I was only required to how up at 1 and the compensation was the same. Their false accusations are totally absurd and they sound delusional. The issue is not that Model [redacted] has done anything wrong, in fact she fulfilled her obligations and then some and even went out of her way to be nice to people there despite their abusive and unprofessional conduct. The issue is that Sahag has had a high turnover and they have a very negative "vibe" in their salon (which I told their Manager [redacted] from Day 1) and the issue is that the Business manager [redacted] quit and they think the Contract she offered on the World Wide Web was not what they wanted so now they are trying to worm out of it by suddenly Reneging and lying that I was there for "11" services (which they've also reneged on and suddenly changed that number too, LOL), so now after 3 months (end of April to end of July) they suddenly took it upon themselves to approach me and go out of their way to say they are Reneging on their Contract. How would THEY would feel if I did not show up as promised or keep my end of the Agreement.

I have simply expected them to honor the Agreement. It was their offer. Instead they have gone out of their way to attack me and make things up. THEY are the problem. Not me. I kept my part of the Agreement. They are luring models in there under false pretenses. And Violating Contracts. They're highly unprofessional and even abusive. I've never heard of a place doing business like that. Probably the reason for the high turnover and the bad "vibe" in their salon.

They are the ones who's done something wrong. Not me. [redacted] also lied about the supposed "additional" haircut she "offered" in late July when she approached me and said they were reneging on the Agreement, because that was part of the Original Agreement anyway. And not "additional" like she falsely asserted. She was not "offering" me anything, the deal was 6 months from the end of the show and they reneged after only 3. And 6 weeks after the end of July I emailed [redacted] as requested about the hair cut she "offered" LOL and she didn't keep her word on that either. Sadly these people just lie and make it up as they go along. They are very Dishonest and Abusive.

Naturally, I am afraid to go in this salon now because they have attacked my Integrity and Character and I have done Nothing wrong. THEIR integrity is in question here. Not mine. At first [redacted] said they were Reneging because I had supposedly been in "11" times and now they are just taking this too far and making up other Nonsense too. They have been so Hostile towards me and misrepresented everything. They said 11 and then they changed that number too. At this point they have NO credibility. They're just spiteful people that take advantage of models and post false ads. And to add insult to injury they have repeatedly falsely attacked me. They should be mad at themselves - not me. They're crazy.

If they're not going to honor the last 3 months of the Agreement (which at this point, of course, who would want to deal with these predators who because they can't keep a Contract they suddenly further attack their Victim (who would do that anyway these people are sick)), then they owe me the monetary amount of this. The monetary equivalent would be $2,000. I should sue them for Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress as clearly they have maliciously and recklessly harmed my reputation. If they would simply not Violate Contracts, THAT is the only issue. How can they feel good about themselves by Breaching Contracts and then adding insult to injury and Attacking people. What is wrong with them!! They need to take an ethics course and they could also be Fined for some of the stuff they're doing and how they're mistreating people. I am notarizing anything. That is ridiculous. This woman is crazy!

At this point, I don't want to come in for the additional services because they have Lied and Attacked my Integrity and character when THEIRS is the only one at question.

So they owe me the Monetary Amount for those services they reneged on. They had an opportunity to simply honor their Agreement and instead they have bent over backwards to maliciously Attack me and make things up. I don't feel safe being in their salon. This woman is nuts and cannot be trusted to tell the truth and deal with Models professionally and honestly. Plus I have suffered Damages as result of their recklessness.

They owe me for the additional services in monetary value. And at this point I also require an Apology for their outrageous behavior and in making stuff up about me. I am not required to Notarize anything - that is ridiculous!

They simply need to honor their Agreement. Nothing more.

Like I've stated clearly from the beginning.

Wow! This [redacted] lady has real problems - LOL - did she forget to take her medication this morning. How can they go from begging me to do 2 shows and telling me I am the best Model to suddenly being nasty and spiteful and dishonest. This lady is obviously off her meds. Lol. She's very spiteful and dishonest, to put it in the kindest phrasing possible. : ))

They are very abusive and they owe me $2,000 and an Apology for wasting my time and all this nonsense which they maliciously inflicted on me to harm me.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

The issue is that they are Breaching their Contract. I am a great Model and look at my web site [redacted] everybody knows how fair, honest, and professional I am. They are trying to distract you with a bunch of nonsense.

The issue is that they have NO credibility and they Cheat people. [redacted] is a GREAT model and she filled her part of the Contract.
