I went to location on 10/13/15 to have my "under warranty" tires rotated and proper air put in them. While driving to work in Denver from Colorado Springs , I noticed that my front tire felt like I was riding an ocean wave, which was very unnerving. 83 miles away from my home, I was quite unsure if I would make it back. However, at the end of the day I started driving back towards Colorado Springs and felt the same feeling. Upon pulling over and having a kind gentleman to survey my tires it was found that all of my tires lug nuts were either 1 half turn or a full half turn loose. This is highly dangerous and unacceptable. Stupid me, I should've stopped taking my vehicle there 3 months ago when my engine splash guard was hanging down after an oil change and the hood support was broken. BEWARE And run for you life from this location..
