My wife had a absolutely horrid experience with MrRooter The lady answering the phone was rude and very disrespectful, the office manager did not want to talk to my wife and referred her to the supervisor John was the only employee who cared that we were out of hot water for days Overall, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
