Review: Dear Sir or madam,
I paid for 12 sessions with Dr. [redacted], Stockton, CA, on Sept 15, 2014 for the amount of $1,250.I went to 6 sessions and the treatment did nothing for me and in fact I was gaining weight not loosing weight as he promised me the Verju machine would do. I originally wanted lppo but he refocused to do the lippo on me. After 6 sessions I decide this was ridiculous and on Jan 9, 2015, I sent his office a letter asking for the money back for the remaining 6 sessions. About a week later, his technician called and stated I couldn’t get me money back.
On April 20, 2015, I sent a letter to “[redacted]” Channel 13 news, but they have not responded. I do not want to take them to small claims court; I have a mental and multiple physical disabilities and couldn’t bear the stress.
Is there anything that your office can do for me to get my money back? I paid $1,250 and got nothing out of the treatments. Can we stop these unscrupulous doctors for fooling and lying to us believing patients who fall for their lies?
