Refund for unpermitted work
We hired John Smith and Son Services Inc. to repipe our home. The did not complete the job and did not obtain the legally required county permits. As it stands, our house has unpermitted plumbing work throughout that does not meet code. John Smith and Son Services Inc. agreed to a full refund but has not refunded our money, despite our willingness to work out an interest-free repayment plan.
A refund of $9400. This includes a refund of the $8400 paid to them and $1000 that they agreed to repay us for the homeowner's insurance deductible that we had to pay as a result of the plumbing leak.
I want my refund of $1000.00. They did not perform any work for me & I returned all merchandise sent to my home.
I have been told they would send me my money back just to shut me up. They won't take my calls they only replied to me via text. All I want is my money back NO if's and or but. I have screens shots of they saying they would refund my money.

I sent them a certified letter with a return receipt, they picked up the letter but have yet to respond. I am still waiting for my refund of a $1000 I have not received any sort of resolution at this point. I do have all my text messages from them that they were going to return my money but it was all lies.
