Trash had been picked up by John Smith Sanitation, Inc. on a regular consistent weekly basis at the address indicated. Week after week we picked up trash from this resident. Our expectation in providing this service is to be paid for the services we provide.
 
After months of receiving no response to the Bill Statement nor did we receive a payment, we were obligated to send this account to Collections. We were finally contacted by this customer only after he had been sent to our Collections Agency. It is only after this that this customer also made a complaint to Revdex.com.
 
We have several witnesses who can testify to the garbage picked up by John Smith Sanitation, Inc.
 
The account will not be dismissed nor nullified. This customer needs to settles the dispute by paying his bill for the trash he placed out, and for the services rendered by John Smith Sanitation, Inc. this issue can now only be settled through our Collections Agency as notified in a written letter.

Review: I am being billed for trash services that I never initiated. I received a billing notice for approximately 1.5 years of trash service indicating that if the bill was not paid by a specific date, service would be cut off. A subsequent bill statement provided by John Smith Sanitation to the debt collector lists invoices for subsequent months of service. The service was therefore not cut off as indicated in the initial billing statement. Further, the invoices provided by John Smith Sanitation to the debt collector were never sent to me for payment. John Smith Sanitation does not respond to phone calls and the voice mailbox for the company is full, thus, there is no way to contact them directly to resolve the dispute. In the process of charging me for the trash service that I never initiated, John Smith Sanitation appears to have fictitiously created an account for me.Desired Settlement: I would like written confirmation from John Smith Sanitation that the account that they created for me is closed. I would for the bill for past services that were not rendered (i.e. all services for which I am presently being charged) to be nullified. I would like written confirmation from the debt collector that I owe no outstanding debt.
