John Sopensky is a slum landlord He does not fix things up to code does not return phone calls and hires people who owe him money( exlot rent) and they don't know how to do the work that needs to be done He does not allow them to purchase proper materials, starts jobs that never get fixed, has not finished several projects at his trailer park in Carlisle Dumpster is always overflowing with trash from his workers all over the ground and disposal company won't take the trash severe problems with septic and electric Sidewalks in disrepair street in disrepair did not plow entire winter.rats all around dumpster

The previous review written 7/24/15 was inaccurate at best. 2015 was a year of continued improvement at the Mobile Home Park in Carlisle. First, all of the sewer lines were updated throughout the Park. Improvements and upgrades of electric were completed. As of this moment the park is in compliance with all Building Code Requirements. The streets were also in fact repaired in 2015. Lastly, beginning January 2016 the dumpsters were removed- as we had an issue with people outside the park filling up the dumpsters.
