Review: Last year Sparrow planted trees and shrubs on our property and guaranteed to replace trees and shrubs that die within a 1 year period.
2 of the trees died well within the guarantee period.
We have left numerous messages with Sparrow starting in early March 2014 requesting that they honor their contract promise to replace dead trees.
Some of the times we called, the phone rang with no answer. When I did get through, it was to voice mail.
Left at least a dozen messages.
No response at all from Sparrow.Desired Settlement: Replace the dead trees per their contract guarantee.
