What a great experience! John Stevenson Plumbing Heating & Air (JSPH&A) completed an above-ground hot water reroute at my home; I had a slab leak The installation was perfect What follows are comments about the installation and the JSPH&A staff:
***, Customer Service Representative at JSPH&A, the original contact, was delightful, extremely efficient, kind, and cheerful
*** arranged to have **, Service Technician, visit my home to evaluate my plumbing problem and to provide an on-the-spot estimate** and ***, of JSPH&A, arrived to perform the work exactly on time** and *** completed the reroute in one day working late to complete the installation
During the reroute, JT and *** performed several repairs beyond the scope of the contract to ensure a complete and successful installation This put a big smile on the homeowner's face!
The quality of the installation was superb The solder joints were beautiful; and the reroute piping layout, insulation, and attachments were complete and well thought out** and *** were perfect gentlemen, approachable, and very pleasant to deal with
The contract estimate was very fair
In summary, I am entirely satisfied with the hot water reroute, and I couldn't be happier with the entire effort extended by the JSPH&A team I would highly recommend John Stevenson Plumbing Heating & Air

First time owners of Air Conditioner system for home Previously John Stevenson Plumbing did an excellent job in the installation of a new water heater and furnace
Mike B., Service Technician answered all researched and prepared questions we had concerning AC systems, and addressed all technical questions in terms that we could understand so that we could make a sound decision in the purchase of an AC System Mike Bwas: Knowledgeable, very competent, trustworthy, prompt/on-time installation day, very focused with the installation of the AC After installation, he reviewed how to best use AC and answered additional questions Great Customer Service!

To whom it may concern,   Ms. [redacted] purchased her vehicle May 10th 2013 with 59,244 miles on it. The first time she came in was December 18th 2013 with 66,950 miles. She was complaining about her transmission was kicking between 20-40 mph. Even though she was out of her dealer...

warranty, we offered to repair the transmission at our cost of $487 plus tax. When Ms. [redacted] came to pick up her vehicle after the transmission was repaired, she then expressed other concerns about the car. It was at that point she mentioned the no heat issue and windows not working issue. That day, we diagnosed the problems and gave her an estimate. She explained she had no money, so we offered to refinance have of the repair bill so she only had to come up with the other half. In March 2014 she did return to have that work done on the vehicle. As of now, we have not heard from her since. If she would like to bring her vehicle in for an estimate we would be glad to help her out. We think we have been more than fair with Ms. [redacted].

Mike and his assistant Jake were courteous, friendly and enjoyable to be around. They did an excellent job diagnosing out problem and finished the repair in an expeditious manner. The price charged was fair and the warranty was excellent. We will use them to install new furnaces and air conditioners later this year. Great job by John Stevenson Plumbing and Mechanical. I look forward to seeing them again later this summer.

In response to the complaint, we show Ms. [redacted] owing 4 weekly payments. We would have no problem providing our records to her and she can compare her money order receipts to see where the difference is. Anytime Monday through Friday between 9-5 we have staff in the office that can go over that information with her.Hopefully this will help the matter.   Thanks  The management team

[redacted] did excellent work at our home in Escondido, CA on 7/6/15. He was super in his activities and offered to help with other plumbing issues.
We will ask for him on our next plumbing problem.

This afternoon Billy from John Stevenson Plumbing came out to diagnose an issue we were having with our air conditioner. He almost immediately ascertained that the condenser was shot. He then tried to up sell me into adding a hard start kit…something that was not OEM, and something that the 15 year old unit has never seemed to need.
I asked Billy for a quote for the work. He presented me with a quote for $315 for the condenser and an additional $350 for the hard start kit.
You’ve got to be kidding me. I paid the $89 diagnostic fee and Billy was on his way. Nice kid – no problem there. I do, however, have a very LARGE problem with JSP charging a 100% markup on the condenser – a part that is replaceable in 5 minutes and costs $30! This, my friend, is price gouging. I purchased an OEM condenser from Ferguson ($30 out the door) and had it installed in 5 minutes. Problem solved.
JSP is price gouging due to the heat. It's over 100 degrees today.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have talked to a lawyer who said that by law they can do what they
are doing that they should return the car to me and let me get caught up
on the payment. I know for a fact that they have my car and are selling
it on their web sire not at auction I have proof of this.if need be I
will take the dealership to court and fight to get my car back thru he
court but wish not to do that. the dealership never tried to make
contact with in any way not phone nor mail I have talked to a fw other
ppl that have gotten cars thru the dealership and have issues with them
in the same way and talking to them to stand up with me and show that
they can not do this to people who are trying to make their life better

We are very sorry to hear that Ms. [redacted] is upset. To our knowledge, it isn't the used car dealers responsibility to have recalls done on a vehicle before they are sold. It is the responsibility of the manufacturer to contact the owner of their vehicles and make the repair, free of charge....

Currently, if we are aware of an open recall we glady transport the vehicle to the appropriate manufacturer to have it done. Clearly in this case we did not know about the recall and it is unrealistic to think that all used car dealers are aware of every recall for every vehicle. If I was Ms. [redacted] I would be more upset with [redacted] and the quality of their vehicles. Maybe she should contact a representative of [redacted] and explain her situation as to why the subframe of her van is badly degrading. At this time Mohawk Auto Center will not make any sort of refunds. Vehicle purchased 3/01/2012  Today 11/02/2015  Thank You  The management team.

for 06/10 and didn't pay until 06/14.

This was a little confusing? If you just make your payments on time then you will not have this issue. It actually sounds like we tried to help them out with a payment arrangement, but they didn't have all the money?ThanksManagement Team

Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle was repossesed due to non payment. We have made several attemps to collect on this account with no contact back from Mr. [redacted]. He was also sent a certified letter to the address we have on file with the "notice of sale", explaining that he has 10 days to come to the...

dealership and collect his belongings or bring the account up to date, then the vehicle will go to auction for sale. Obviously there was no contact made from Mr. [redacted]. Thanks,  Management Team

[redacted] installed a new water heater in my home. He is an extremely hard working individual, very patient, considerate and pleasant. I was very pleased with his work and explanations to my questions.
