Review: I purchased an Orchid plant at the company’s website. The plant was delivered to my office location and did not meet my expectations. I took pictures of the plant and sent them to the location of the store in which the delivery came from. I spoke to the Owner and we both agreed since I was dissatisfied with the plant, that I would personally come into the store and choose another one. Before hanging up the phone with the owner, the delivery person comes back into the office and says, "I'll take it back, get you another plant and fix it up!" He asked me what time I was leaving the office and that he would be back before then. A quarter to 4pm, I called the store and inquired about the delivery of my purchase and the owner said, “I credited your card". After explaining to the owner that his delivery person told me he would bring me back a new plant, he hung up the phone on me. I immediately walked over to the store to speak to the owner in person. The owner did not want to discuss anything and asked me to leave his store. I demanded to know why there was a change in our agreement to get another plant. After the yelling and profanity I received from him, I agreed to leave his establishment but first I would need some form of proof that he credited my card. He continued to yell and scream telling me to get it from the Brooklyn location. Eventually he called the Brooklyn store and I was able to speak with [redacted], who said she would take care of the credit (the credit hadn't even been put in at this point). I did not deserve to be treated with such horrific treatment by this owner!!!Desired Settlement: I would like an apology for the unprofessionalism and the gross misconduct of the owner.
