John Suarez & Associates, L.L.C.

My boyfriend and I found a house from them and put the security deposit on it on the day we saw it. couple of days later we've signed the contract saying that we will move in on the 3/4/2014. Today would've been our 10th day in our new house but we still cannot move in. on one day before our move-in day, they told us that the previous tenants did not move out and they didn't know when we can move in. We waited patiently and those squatters moved out on the 3/7/2014 and we received another green light to move. One day before we were suppose to move (again) we've received a call saying that there's something wrong with the house. When I called [redacted] to ask for more information, he rudely hung up on me twice and that was the last time I talked to him. Even when I tried to get some answers/apology by email and complaining that [redacted] was being extremely rude, he never bothered to call back and apologized or write me back. From that day on he only calls my boyfriend to let him know what's going on with that house. We've been getting jerked around for 10 days now hoping that we will get our house. We've been living/eating/sleeping on top of boxes for 10days since we keep thinking that we are going to move on the next day. We are giving up on this house today and hoping to get our security deposit back tomorrow morning but I highly doubt that these people will be civil. We could've been homeless for the 10th day now if it wasn't for our amazing old landlord. John Suarez and Associates are vague, does not do their jobs well and on top of everything [redacted] is extremely rude. I do not recommend this company at all.
