I am rejecting this response because:
Any changes as a result of tree removal, topsoil settlement and grading were made following discussion between business owner and myself, documented per invoice and fully remunerated. Business owner's request for work date change accepted by homeowner.  Request for refund to homeowner clearly stated in my complaint and acknowledged by both resolution coordinator and the business itself. Coordinator documents" spoke with business regarding their statement that they would send a check to the consumer". I will be taking the next appropriate step.

the gardens and adopt an adequate maintenance program. They do not wish to do any additional work for her.The business was under the impression that Revdex.com had requested them to send a refund. We explained that our position is neutral. The business will not be providing any refunds to this consumer.
