Dear ***:I am responding to the complaint that was issued on 8/30/and was assigned the id of ***.The customer had signed up for our rent to own program with the anticipation of paying the shed off in days as to not accumulate any interestThe date for the days was from the
point of delivery which was the 28th of JulyThe customer made the final payment on the 10th of August which was after the days.Since there was a discrepance as to when the payment was due as opposed to when the shed was delivered we were able to reach an agreement where the customer paid for the days past the delivery date and Kramer Sheds paid the back interest that was owed to the rental companyThis was done on 9/1/2016.At this point we consider this manner to be resolvedIf any additional information is needed, please don’t hesitate to let me know.Thanks Joe Z
