THE CUSTOMER CAME IN AROUND LUNCH TIME ON DECEMBER 9TH, SHE WAS INFORMED THAT IT WOULD BE AT LEAST HOURS BEFORE WE COULD GET TO HER VEHICLE AND SHE AGREED THAT THE TIME FRAME GIVEN WAS OK AND DROPPED THE VEHICLE OFFMY INSPECTOR HAD TO GO TO LUNCH AFTER SHE DROPPED IT OFF AND WE HAD ANOTHER VEHICLE IN LINE AHEAD OF HERHE CAME BACK FROM LUNCH AND TOOK CARE OF THE VEHICLE AHEAD OF HERSSHE CAME BACK BEFORE WE HAD A CHANCE TO FINISH THE CAR AHEAD OF HERS AND WONDERED WHY WE HAVEN'T GOTTEN TO HERS AND WE EXPLAINED TO HER THAT THERE WAS WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE TO THE VEHICLE AHEAD OF HERSWE GOT TO HERS AFTER WE FINISHED THE ONE AHEAD OF HERS AND PROCEEDED TO PULL HER VEHICLE INTO THE SHOPTHE INSPECTOR THAT WAS WORKING AT THE TIME INSPECTED HER CAR AND MADE A LIST OF WHAT IT NEEDED TO PASS INSPECTIONMY MANAGER CAME INTO THE OFFICE AND EXPLAINED TO HER THAT HER VEHICLE NEEDED A TAG-LIGHT BULB, THE 3RD BRAKE WIRING PROBLEM NEEDED TO BE FIXED, AND THE HEADLIGHTS NEEDED TO BE RESTORED AND ADJUSTED IN ORDER TO PASS INSPECTIONHE THEN EXPLAINED TO THE CUSTOMER THAT IT WAS GOING TO BE AROUND $ [redacted] FOR PARTS AND LABOR TO FIX THE PROBLEMS AND PASS INSPECTIONTHE CUSTOMER AND HER HUSBAND THEN GAVE THE OK FOR THE REPAIRS TO DONE AND THE AMOUNT WAS OK.THE REPAIRS DONE:TAGLIGHT BULBS-***INSTALL TAGLIGHT BULBS-***REPAIR 3RD BRAKE LIGHT WIRING PROBLEM-***HEADLIGHT RESTORATION-***HEADLIGHT ADJUSTMENT-***SHOP SUPPLIES-***LABOR= [redacted] PARTS=***+ [redacted] FOR SHOP SUPPLIESTAX=***GRAND TOTAL= [redacted]
