Review: This plumber was contracted to repair an outdoor sewer line for my next door neighbor. He went through my yard without my permission to access the neighbor's drain, but during the repair, he left a 15 foot trench open with no safety measures or reinforcements in case it caved in. This remained like this for days and I have three small children. He also dug up my yard in the process and damaged a rain downspout. When the work was finished, he simply threw the dirt back in and did not repair my yard or the downspout. Numerous phone calls, texts and emails were not returned. This has been going on for five months now and may consider filing a civil complaint at the local magistrate.Desired Settlement: Replacement or reimbursement for the cost to repair, reseed, level the yard, plus the rain downspout and gravel base
