John Ward Concrete

We closed on a brand new home and was told every thing would be fixed by closing. Which we both worked and didn't have time to check house before closing. There is wet insulation in the basement, there is no closet rod in extra bedroom. There is a hole in wall that was patched but not finished. The front door is not aligned right and it isn't finished at the bottom of front door. 2 tiles in master bathroom are raised and not even with rest of floor. We are missing 3 screens. The builder keeps telling us that it he has carpenter coming to fix it then he gives me carpenter number and like the builder he won't answer my phone calls.
