I live in TN and ordered 1 pizza for my sister in FL. She left a $2.00 tip on a $19.44 bill and they took $42.44 off my debit card unauthorized. Nobody would ever pay $42 for 1 pizza and a 2 liter of coke.

Billing Adjustment I want the $20 that was stolen refunded to me. They can keep $21.44 as my order was $19.44 plus a $2.00 tip (honestly for thievery the entire thing should be refunded).I don't want store credit as I will mever order anything else from such a shady business. I am a single mother that cannot afford this. I would like a check mailed to my home in TN or refunded directly to my card.
the person who filed the complaint, paid by credit card from another state. the customer wrote in $23.00 tip in tip and totaled it out to $42.44. The driver even doubled check and said, are you sure you mean to tip this much, and she responded yes. When customer called and said we "stole" we didnt even try to dispute ( even though we have complete proof) and glady sent her a refund for $23. The delivery driver in question, has been an honest and loyal employee for years and has never ever had a complaint before. I believe this was just a big misunderstanding. But, when someone pays online with a credit card, there is a spot they can include tip so this issue couldve been avoided

The business never made any attempt to provide me with a copy of the signed receipt, even though I requested it. I would still like a copy of it. They have my address, as they did finally send me a check for $23 after I had to make repeated calls and left multiple unreturned messages after the manager tried to blame me for the mistake instead of just making it right. Bunch of crooks.
