Before we rent any rooms we show the customer the room because therefore there are no surprises as to what they are paying forThe customer has hours to inspect the room and report any damages or issuesAs
per the the cockroaches, we have a contract with a pest control service which comes out monthly to service the propertyThis negates the pest issuesIf there were pest issues they should have been reported as soon as possible and not a week laterSome customers tend to bring in pest with them via their belongings which we are not liable for at any means.
There are different types of rooms at the Nice Inn Motel and each room has its amenities as with any motelThis is again why the room was shown to the tenant before they rented itWhat ever was shown is what the tenant gotNothing more and nothing less.
Within a week we had to call the plumbing company on various countsWe understand that initially the plumbing could be clogged but after calling out a plumber once and after the plumber fixes the problem in the tenants presence the plumbing problem is said to be fixedBut if the plumber is coming out on various counts within the week then the plumbing is being mis-used and there are things/items that are going down the drain which do not belong in the drain.
The tenant wanted to stay longer at the property extending pass daysDue to issues on both sides we decided not to let the tenant stay any longer both for the tenants satisfaction and the owner/managements satisfactionThe tenants were ready to pay an additional $to extend their stay for another days which the management refused to honor due to the issues

I am rejecting this response because: they are liers there was bed bugs they had it sprayed befor it was inspected my sister [redacted] was living there at the time and she saw the bugs in my room she's no longer living there anymore because she found bed bugs in here room and she went to the manager and they put her in another room and she had bed bugs in that room as we'll so she moved out of there they will end up shutting down the motel and they love to lie I'm sorry for what I'm about to say but they are lieing asshols they love to be liers to keep them from getting busted and so they don't have to giv people back there money thank you for your help I'm not going to deal with this anymore because I no longer live in the state of California anymore so I don't have to put up with the liers that I know in California nice inn motel is one of them I can't stand people that love to take peoples money I'm on ssi and I have mineral disabilitys and nice inn loves to lie so they don't have to giv disabled people there money back

We have received the complaint from the customer, Mr. [redacted]. Our property is on contract with a local pest control company in which the pest control company comes out every month to service our rooms and to fume them. Mr....

[redacted] told our management that the room he was staying in had bed bugs in it. We immediately offered Mr. [redacted] another room and he refused. Once a person notifies us there are bed begs in the room we have them get their belongings and we offer to move them to another room and we wait until our pest control company comes out to inspect the room before we let anyone else in there for legal/safety reasons. As per our hotel policies, we have a sign on the window which states NO REFUNDS ON DAILY, WEEKLY and EXTENDED STAYS! ALL SALES/BOOKINGS ARE FINAL! MONEY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED" We told Mr. [redacted] that even before he rented the room. Our monthly rentals are $695 per month plus a $75 cleaning charge. Mr. [redacted] has only paid $650. He still owes us the difference. Mr. [redacted] completely was made of the non-refundable policy and our management offered him a new room. He also told us he is checking out and will not be returning anymore. He came back the next day and called the police on my property. The police told him the same story, upon checking out it is final. We let him get all his belongings. Mr. [redacted] is the who slammed my door and left, which also caused damage to the motel door.

Was witness to taking me two whole days to clean the floor of back of the hotel Rm [redacted] I believe.
I also had to clean the entire bathroom ceiling with a mop. I was going to come back & get my mop & broom & bicycle, but they were gone when I returned and a ride driver asked about the bike. I am a disabled individual my social [redacted] social security then they tried to move me to rm 131 upstairs and I do not do stairs very well.
I never received a receipt from them either, and have the A.D.A. handbook in my possession.
Their response: "we always show them the room before we rent" is a lie.
One Sat. I wanted to watch football & the t.v. was stuck on a game. The owner came in screamed at me "I own this place!"
Knocked a picture off the north wall, saying that I put a screw on the wall.  When I actually , it was already there and spackle was used to repair the wall. Also slapped my calendar off the wall that I adhered with a push pin. 
The forgoing statements are the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help me god.

"In response to Mr. [redacted] complaint, pest control has inspected the room and has found it beg bug free. In addition,Environmental Health also came out and inspected the room and they also found it bed bug free. Contact environmental health and they will back that we didnt find any bed bugs. Mr. [redacted] clearly told our management he is checking out and will never return to the property under any circumstances. In addition I already mentioned that our monthly rentals are $695 per month plus a $75 cleaning charge. Mr. [redacted] has only paid $650. He still owes us the difference. We do not make any tenants special deals do to the fact that we competitively priced in the city compared to other motels. This is becoming a I said, he said, they said, game which we are not interested in playing. Environmental Health has came out to inspect the property and the particular room and they found it bed beg free. We have sufficient documentation to back our stance. Mr. [redacted] also back on the property on August 15, 2014 and apologized to our management and he said he will drop the compliant with Revdex.com. He said he is going through alot of stress at the moment due to personal reasons and he took it out on the management. We see this as a resolved issue. "

On August 3 2014, I went to the managers office to request my money back because of the bed bugs in the bed. The manager came to my room to look at the bugs. He saw bed bugs but said that I brought them. I have never been anywhere that had bed bugs, therefore I did not bring the bugs. He refused to give my money back but did offer me a different room. I refused the room because I did not want to take the chance of getting bitten by bugs again.I did not even close the door, the manager did. Therfore, how could I have slammed the door? The next day I returned to my room to make sure that I had gotten all of my belongings and my door access card would not work. The manager had locked me out of my room and would not allow me into the room. He said that I had checked out, I did not check out.He told me that pest control would be coming to inspect the next day. the next day I called the manager to ask if pest control found any bed bugs, He said no, they did not.Which was a lie. Yes, I did call the police because the manager would not allow me back in my room.The police talked to the manager and then the policeman came back and talked to me. He said that I need to take them to small claims court or get ahold of the Revdex.com and Environmental Health. I filed a complaint with Environmental Health and Revdex.com, I have not filed yet for small claims court. I do not owe the manager any money. When I got the room he said all I had to pay was $650.00 and I did not have to pay a deposit.I told the manager that I am on SSI so he said he would make a deal with me and said to keep it between him and I. I am sending pictures of the bed bugs, bed bug bites on my body and the overall condition of the room.
