[redacted] was able to save us literally $25k with his expertise and ability to find solutionsHis staff are great, they got the work done fast, and were extremely friendly, even stopping to wave at my toddler who had her nose pressed to the window the whole days they were out there workingBonus for us? He helped to find a way to add more length later so we can do a permitted addition to the propertyEveryone else told us it wasn't possibleI'll never work with anyone else if I can help it!
Our experience with this company and especially *** *** is the worst experience with a contractor I have had in thirty yearsHe insisted that he needed to take out fences, even though we have gates that are three times the width of the back hoe tractor that was his reasoning for tearing them down in the first placeHe argued with me over the location of my existing septic system insisting that its location is feet out side our back door, and he wanted to tare up our concrete walk way and more fenceThe actual location of the tank, of which I have had uncovered years ago, was actually feet further from the house than where he wanted to dig*** wouldn't dig at the septic tank location that I pointed out until I allowed him to dig a hole with the back hoe at the location he insisted the tank was locatedHe was rude, pushy, and hostel and to get him to even pay attention and not dig up my yard where the septic tank was NOT located required implementing command and control procedures that I had learned from previous employmentI had the feeling that he was attempting to create more work for himself, and I ended up kicking him off our property as he came unprepared to even recover our septic for this "inspection" that he was being paid to conductBeing far more selective, it took us three weeks to get someone to close the tank from another companyHe charged us $just for the back hoe rental, we paid him just to be done with dealing with him even though the job was not completed
