Accord EX Vcurrent mileage 100,purchased December I'm the original owner of this car and take pride in the maintenance and up keep of my carAll manufacture recommended services was completed during my ownership of this carIn the past two weeks I noticed a whining sound coming from my power steering during cold starts On January 6, I brought car to Jenkins & Wynne Honda for further in-depth diagnoses Despite the whining sound during morning cold starts my steering was loose and free running On January 7, around 9:Am I spoke with a service advisor Duane C*** MrC*** recommend replacing the power steering pump total cost ($654.01)I informed him that I would not be replacing the power steering at this current timeRoughly around 5:PM I returned to the dealership to pick my car upUpon doing so I found my steering now to be rough and hard to turn either left or rightI immediately questioned him and the technician who also verified that my steering was not rough or unresponsive to left or right turns I FIND IT VERY SUSPICIOUS THAT MY CAR NOW DISPLAYS SYMPTOMS THAT REQUIRE IMMEDIATE ATTENTION
Jenkins and Wynne Honda further damaged my car with the sole intention of forcing me to spend $The service advisor and the staff were very dismissive once I voiced my complaints
I'm not seeking any monetary settlement just an acknowledgement that something happened to my car while in the custody of the dealership To ensure that this practice of forcing costumers into unwanted repairs
Took my car to another local Honda dealershipDuring the inspection of my car a small hole was found in my power steering pumpWhich leads me back to my original complainant of my car being non responsive after I picked it up from Jenkins & Wynne Facts are showing that there was a deliberate (SABOTAGE) effort from Jenkins & Wynne Honda to charge me for repairs that didn't exist

After my last car buying experience I learned to hard way the importance of the Revdex.com rating My previous dealer had an F rating and that is exactly how my buying experience went Jenkins Wynn has an A- ratingI had an A+ experience I highly recommend this dealership for anyone shopping for a vehicle! Class act dealership!
