I am writing on behalf of Johns Auto Sales in [redacted] , MA in regards to the complaint filed against us by [redacted] on 4/23/Since the complaint we have met with the customer and resolved the pending issueThe customers money has been returned to him and he has assured us that the complaint would be withdrawnThis issue was an unfortunate breakdown in communication which we have apologized for and going forward will work diligently to assure something like this does not happen again

Hello this is [redacted] as far as I know we have done the repairs and reimbursed [redacted] the money for the taxes that she incurred , I have called her family two or three times and have been told by her daughter that she is happy If you find anything else I can to help her please let me know sincerly [redacted]

I have reached out to Ms [redacted] on several occasionsMs [redacted] had an appointment to drop off vehicle back on Sunday, January 15th for a Monday service appointmentMs [redacted] never dropped off vehicle or called to reschedule appointmentI have also reached out to Ms [redacted] by phone and no response or answerWe are trying to resolve Ms [redacted] issues but unfortunately Ms [redacted] hasn't kept appointment or returned any of our callsWe have know problem addressing her issues but we need the vehicle to do soI can be reached at [redacted] Thank you, ***

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase and stand behind what we sell If Roland isn't satisfied then he needs to come to see us and we will resolve this issue to his satisfaction

Bad customer service Extremely bad service, High price, owner uses threats and intimidation to deal with upset customers In short, the man is a ***, and uses intimidation and scare taticts to get what he wants
