Mr***'s [redacted] was towed in, as it was non-driveable It was not scheduled ahead of time and no parts were ordered ahead of time The F-Pace is a brand new model and parts were not readily available, there was no database in any of the three major estimating systems at the time, and all the shops in town - including ours - were incredibly busy We did not continue to order incorrect parts, we ordered what we needed and incorrect parts were delivered Mr [redacted] has his vehicle back and seems happy with the repairs
