My husband and I had an unfortunate experience with one of the techs at S&E; however, I would like to report that one of the owners, Mr***, was kind enough to contact me personally to fix the situation He ended up sending a different tech, *** to my home, and he did a fabulous job What was most impressive is that he actually removed his shoes before entering my home (he had to walk in and out several times) Even his handwriting on the work order was exceptionally neat This let me quickly know that he has excellent work ethic and takes great pride in the work he does; it is my hope that *** co-workers will emulate him He was very sweet, friendly, courteous, and above all professional If you do call S&E, I would highly recommend that you request ** by name He deserves a great big "attaboy" and a raise

My home is a newly constructed home, so the a/c unit is still under warranty A technician from S&E Heating and Air was sent to my home to repair the unit As soon as the tech stepped foot into my home, I was ready for him to leave First, he smelled awful in a way I cannot explain; he was very slovenly and gross; he was talking extremely loud and obnoxious; his eyes were huge and bugging out of his eye sockets; he had sores all over his face (like the kind meth addicts have); he had track marks all over his arms He tried to charge my husband, which we didn't owe any money He stood in my yard smoking something that did not look like a cigarette Judging from his behavior, I would say he was high as a kite I am disgusted that this "family owned company" would even send someone to my house like this I am totally grossed out and feel very uncomfortable now My house still reeked like his stench after he left He was very ugly to my husband after my husband refused to give him money (again, under warranty and the service call was set up by our home builder) and he tore out of our yard like a crazy person We then called the after hours number and, of course, we couldn't talk to anyone from S & E This company should be embarrassed and ashamed to have someone like this working for them Do they not lay eyes on their employees? I would never recommend this company to anyone I left work at noon today, to be home for what I hoped would be a professional come and repair my A/c; instead, I got someone who looks and acts like a disgusting meth head, and it is now 8:20pm, and I still don't have my a/c fixed
