[redacted] 's vehicle has been completedThe issue was a result of [redacted] insurance and unusable parts to properly repair [redacted] s vehicle*** instructed our Collision Center to place a used mirror on the vehicle, when the part was delivered to our collision center it was broken, [redacted] instructed us to order a second mirror, which we did and when the second mirror arrived it arrived without the wires for the electric and heat At that point [redacted] instructed our collision center to order a new mirror, which took another days to arriveWe apologize to [redacted] for the delay for completion, and the short notice of changing his appointments, however we were following ***'s instructions for ordering the parts.SincerelyLeah * G***

We did install an engine in vehicle in Engine comes with manifolds already installed we did not bolt manifolds on the engine.TSB would be for dealers use in fixing cars under warranty said vehicle is by miles and age far out of warranty.Please direct any question to the writer,Regards,Robert J D***GM, Beasley F*

07/18/2016Unfortunately this vehicle was not purchased nor serviced in the past at our dealership so I have no good will funds to useThis is the problem people run into to when they don't purchase at their local dealership.This vehicle is known for having a problem with plugs breaking when they
are removed and all customers are told this before we work on the carTherefor I will make no adjustments to the customer's bill.I would suggest he contact his selling dealer to see why they sold him a car with a misfire to begin withThey should have fixed this.Thank you,Robert *DGeneral Manager
