I am rejecting this response because:
When I went to Johns Flooring for the floor I ask about water proof because I have four old dogs living in my home, she told me this is the best optionThe issue was dog urine but I believe that had the floor been properly installed it would not have gone through to the glue and there would not have been an issueThe employees who came were very nice and took care of the problemI told them the place where the tiles came up was a place of occasional accidents but two other places with more frequent accidents was fineI believe the grout was improperly applied therefore making an opening for the urine to get to the adhesivethough I could tell that they disagreed I was ready to be done with itI was put off several times when I called before installation and then after they installed the wrong vinyl they did not seem to want to talk to meWhen they called me to show them the vinyl I wanted and they would order it, I went but the one I wanted was not there and the salesman said what I described never had been Even though I had brought the sample home and we had talked about how pretty the blue specks would look with my kitchen floor. So he called the day after they came out to reapply my vinyl with quite an attitudeI was told that nothing would have a warranty to cover dog urine, I was told if I had anymore complaints we would have to have the manufacturer come outwhen I tried to tell him that the other places were okay and I believed the grout was improperly applied he told me I did not know what I was talking aboutHe said he would not ask his men to come out and clean dog urine and was angry that they hadI told him there were places that I had to repair grout with a paper towel and a plastic knife, he said thank you for thatstill refusing to believe the problem was caused by poor installationAt one point in the conversation I ask him to stop yelling at me and he said he was talking loud because he was taking the trash outI am smart enough to know when I am being yelled atI also emailed him a few days ago a spot under the chair that had no grout at allI wont call him for anything because he is unreasonable and meanI paid as much for this floor in my trailor as anyone building a million dollar homeI would not recommend Johns flooring to anyone at all.

We rectified the situation with her last week. We were putting luxury vinyl tile down and the adhesive wasn’t urine proof. She has dogs living in a mobile home. We told her this product is not warrantied against dog urine and I haven’t heard anything else since. We
fixed the floor for her again to help her out

Our company did install flooring at this residence, during installation a camera system did fall from the ceiling mount , for unknown reasonsI tried to reach out to the owner, to discuss the issueThe home owner hung up without resolutionOur company never received a request to pay for any
repairs
